AS REVEALED BY PASTOR E.A ADEBOYE IN TODAY’S DEVOTIONAL –
1. The devil uses a delicacy as a potent weapon to bring down his human targets, and it was proven an effective weapon over the years.
2. He successfully used it against Adam and Eve, Esau, etc. However, Godly people like Daniel know that delicacies have the potential to defile a child of God, especially when offered as bait from the devil. I pray that you will never fall for any attractive proposition of the devil in Jesus’ name.
3. If you want to remain undefiled, you must watch against the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life (1st John 2:15-17)
4. Are you undefiled? How pure are you? No matter how pure or undefiled you may be; there is room to press forward for a greater, higher and closer walk with God.
5. To be undefiled, you must remain in God’s way, keeping His commandments. God’s Word and instructions must be the laws governing your life
SHORT REFLECTION BY THE LIGHT POINTERS
Glory to God for another insight into His word today. Like our father in the lord will always say that we can regard to the devil anything stupid, but warned us never to refer to him as a fool. Devil has never been a fool, as a matter of fact the only ministry he is committed to is that of deceit I.e using his wiles to destroy purposefully destiny. Let’s be sensitive to the wiles and flattery of the devil, he actually has nothing to offer other than wickedness, although he may present it to look pleasant to the eyes, but the end result is regret. That will not be our portion in Jesus’ name. Blessed be God for our father in the Lord Pastor E. A Adeboye for the great insight in today’s devotional. May he continually increase in strength and grace in Jesus’ name.
